Payments;
We accept PayPal and Money Orders only. Payments must be made in U.S. currency.
Shipping;
Currently shipping is on us for the smaller items and orders, larger items and order will have a shipping fee added to cover the cost of packaging and sending the items to the buyer.
We won't be accepting returns on any items, I'm sorry, but all sales are final. However, if an item is damaged in shipping you have one week to contact us and let us know that it has been damaged, show us a photo of the item in question and we will work on a case by case basis on fixing the items.
Custom Designs;
Contact us with a request. Give us the size that you want and the type of design (tribal, celtic knott, etc.) and tell us how you want it to look. The designs won't be placed on ecrater unless the person who requested them has said that it's alright.
Example designs that we have already made ourselves will be made available on eCrater as well as the custom designs.
